About Us

Florida Genesis is a new elite youth basketball team.  Our program is currently home to 11th grade student athletes from high schools throughout Central Florida and is dedicated to enriching their lives through proper guidance and a positive experience in youth athletics.  We hope to expand the reach of our program to additional age groups in coming years.

The health, safety, and overall well-being of our student athletes is paramount.  For this reason, we will always stress the importance of academics and insure our players understand graduation requirements and NCAA eligibility guidelines.  We want our players to succeed on and off the court! When the time comes, our team leaders will assist student athletes in communicating with prospective college coaches and help them to navigate the complex process of recruiting.

Alongside academic and athletic preparation, Florida Genesis will promote stewardship and civic responsibility.  Our players will always present themselves in a positive and responsible manner, representing our team and Central Florida with pride.

We have brought together a phenominal group of coaches who have extensive player experience in Division 1 colleges and as professional athletes.  Our coaches are stewards of the community and positive role models for the young men in our program.  The donation of their time and enthusiasm for the sport of basketball is immeasurable.

The mission of Florida Genesis is simple.. We are fostering a positive and fun environment which encourages our student athletes to succeed on the court, in the classroom, and within the community.
